In case of not receiving products or defective products:

When buyers do not receive products or receive with the condition of missing or breakage, buyers can claim by sending payment slip together with clip VDO opening package by Line@ or Facebook messenger. Our company is responsible to ship products back to the buyers.
We are sorry to receive any cases of missing or damaged products without clip VDO for confirmation.
